My ratings are: Highly recommended - Recommended - Alright - Don´t bother.

TIP NO 8:

"As the Crow flies"
(in Swedish "Fågelvägen")

by:

Jeffrey Archer

Content:

About Charlie from birth to old age. Great story, very hard to put down this book. Starts in 1900, Charlie goes from very poor to very successful. Thick book, super!

Rating:

Highly recommended.

TIP NO 9:

"The Hope"
(in Swedish "Hoppet")

by:

Herman Wouk

Content:

A story of Israel and its people in a time of war. As all Wouk-books - well-written, thick, great research and interesting characters.

Rating:

Highly recommended.

TIP NO 10:

"The Green Mile"

by:

Stephen King

Content:

A prison guard on Death Row reveals some events through his memoires. Awesome, sad, so well-written. Another great King.

Rating so far:

Highly recommended.

TIP NO 11:

"The Dark Tower"

by:

Stephen King

Content:

A number of books (I have four in my hand), a fantasy saga. This is a new King to me, but still written in the same fabulous way, still it´s impossible to put it down. About Roland, the last gunslinger, and his quest for the Dark Tower.

Rating:

Highly recommended.

TIP NO 12:

"The Deep End of the Ocean"
(in Swedish "Där havet slutar")

by:

Jacquelyn Mitchard

Content:

About Beth whose three year old son disappears and then re-appears nine years later. Cruel and full of pain - but it never touched me. I think mostly because I don´t like Beth. However, it doesn´t hurt to read about the pains caused by a missing child. It happens all around us.

Rating:

Alright.

TIP NO 13:

"The Memoirs of Cleopatra"
(in Swedish "Nilens dotter")

by:

Margaret George

Content:

Cleopatra tells about her life in this two part memoire. Written as a novel, intriguing, lots of research behind these novels. I have always enjoyed reading about Egypt. Margaret George is a very good author in that area, another is Pauline Gedge.

Rating so far:

Highly recommended.

TIP NO 14:

"Partners"
(in Swedish "Partners")

by:

John Grisham

Content:

Can this guy write a boring book? Well, not yet I guess. This is exciting, clever, entertaining. A thief of 90 million dollars gets caught. Where is the money? What will happen at the trial? Who are the real crooks?

Rating:

Highly recommended.
