Mustard on the Christmas table is used with the Christmas ham and the different sausages.
RECIPE
A sweet and strong mustard that should mature for
a couple of days to achieve a good, tasty strength.
This recipe will give you about 3 deciliters (dl).
2 dl (1 cup) Mustard powder
1,5 dl (0,75 cups) Sugar
2 dl (1 cup) Cream
Mix everything in a pot. Boil, stir the whole time.
Remove and pour in a jar, let it cool.
